1. Applicability
These Terms govern all orders placed on claramonroe.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Product information
We aim for accurate and complete product descriptions. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and display calibration. Obvious errors or omissions in a listing do not bind us, and we may correct a listing or decline an order placed at an incorrect price.
3. Orders and payment
Orders require full payment before processing. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully authorized and completed. If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, the order will not be processed.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
Payment processing and security
Payments are processed exclusively through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. Shopify Payments handles your card details on our behalf; we do not store or have access to your full card information. Our site uses SSL encryption throughout.
Shopify Payments may run automated fraud and risk checks, including card authentication, before an order is authorized. Where a payment is disputed or triggers a risk alert, we may delay, review, or cancel the order. We are not required to fulfill any order that has not been fully authorized and verified.
4. Prices, taxes and import duties
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete your order.
No duties or customs charges on delivery. Our orders ship from an overseas fulfillment partner. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid basis: all applicable import duties, tariffs and customs charges are paid by us and are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery.
5. Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which also sets out what happens if an order is delayed.
6. Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to EBG Collective LLC, doing business as Clara Monroe New York. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier delays or backlogs, severe weather, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable state law.
9. Complaints
Please send complaints to info@claramonroe.com. We acknowledge every complaint and aim to respond substantively within 5 business days.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Wyoming is the state in which EBG Collective LLC is registered. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where your state's law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own state.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
